1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed based on our Cancellation Policy. Eligibility for a refund depends on when the cancellation request is made relative to your booking date.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the initial booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Advance payments are generally non-refundable if a cancellation is made after the 7-day initial booking period. However, we do offer the option to reschedule.

3. Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is approved based on the policy, the refund will be processed to the original method/new method of payment within 7-10 business days. Our customer care executive will get in touch with you for refunds.
