Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day preceding the event.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the initial booking date will receive a full refund.
- For cancellations made within one month of the event, the advance payment is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.
- The rental includes the designated spot, basic electricity, and water access only.
- Catering, decorations, furniture, sound systems, and other amenities are not included and must be arranged separately.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the property and for ensuring the spot is left clean.
- The use of plastic cups, thermocol plates, and single-use plastic cutlery is strictly prohibited.
- As the venue is in a residential area, loud music is not permitted.
- Tables,chairs,speakers,utensils can be arranged if notified before the booking date.
